My name is Ozgur Madak, and I'm so glad to talk to you about the +mode.

+Mode is the dynamic and vibrant core of a bigger vision, which, at the beginning, more than a decade ago, was basically a model that showed itself while working on 'how to change the world' and playing around with various models. It evolved tremendously, transformed to a real solid vision, consisting of models, formulas, ideas, and beyond.
Each 'module' can be used alone independently or together with any other 'or whole other!' to complete the blanks you feel there is, in order to accomplish your goals in your cause. You can use this systematic alone, just yourself, or in cooperation with other people or associations, or you can act as an organization of any type. It will definitely become your CORRECT NORMAL, and you will further develop it!
I did my best to make it as friendly as possible, as easy as possible, as practical as possible, as flexible as possible, and as economical as possible including a free option, to introduce it to you, and to make this introduction phase alone work for our growth, COGROWTH! I don't think I missed any single 'philosophical' point! If you find any (and remove) I'll give you a free tour to Aphrodisias! Some conditions should apply I guess ;-) But yes, we'll design the rules later, and we'll go visit the amazing Aphrodisias. And sure Ephesus, too!

ps: The word 'role model' in the domain name or within the context of the overall scope is not meant to be pointing me out individually. Nor had I such a secret direct or indirect intention of doing so. Yet, yes, I worked hard on designing a 'basic' model on paper applicable by anyone, and at the end came up with a must vision surrounding a super formula in the center, that a real role model, and everyone, must aim to rise on by default. If we work on that formula, if we work on that vision, we will not only create outstanding new role models but also strengthen the existing ones. And then it will sure be easier to make it to the summit! Needless to say, not everybody has to become a role model, but everybody has to understand the super formula and think + speak + write + act + proceed accordingly.
